The Blackwood Family (Dub and Joyce) join me on Monday evenings for the Monday Night Home Bible Study at 7:00 PM (CDT). Here's how we do it.
My ministry phone line (851-9001) is located in my backyard studio. It has a wireless headset that enables me to answer this phone from the living room of my home. The Bible study is conducted in the living room of my home. Around 6:50 PM (CDT), Dub calls 851-9001 from the living room of his home in Little Rock using his mobile phone that sits on the table between two easy-chairs (one for Joyce on one side, one for Dub on the other). The phone in my backyard studio rings in my headset. I push the button on the side of my headset -- I am in my living room -- and the phone lifts off the receiver in my backyard studio (about 50 feet away). Dub and I make voice contact. Dub pushes the "Speaker-Button" on his phone, places his phone back in the charger cradle, leans back in his easy chair and he and Joyce become participants in the Monday Night Home Bible study. Dub and Joyce and I have available two-way voice contact with each other throughout the entire service through my headset and his handset. With "conference-call" availability, you can increase the number of participants using this method.
